Problem When Changing mod_rewrite to PATHINFO Permalinks

  • I have done a wordpress installation for a client on my dev server and it all works fine with mod_rewrite permalinks. Then i have moved it over to the client’s hosting where they are not allowed to use the mod_rewrite module.

    I have changed it to PATHINFO permalinks, so in the Permalinks section of wp-admin it reads the usual /index.php/SOMETHING/ELSE/ and all I get when i go to the links is “No input file specified.”.

    Anybody have any ideas what I’m doing wrong?
