    Hi Guys,

I am trying to add a new menu item to a fresh installed wordpress installation. This is what I do:

    https://prntscr.com/5o699z

After clicking on the add to menu button it gives me this text:

    https://prntscr.com/5o69t1

Also when leaving this page I’m getting the message if I’m sure to leave the page because soms things aren’t saved.

Just a default installation of DirectAdmin.

    PHP5.4
    Apache 2.4
    etc..

A another note is that every wordpress on the server has problems with the menu. Every other function is working fine except the menu function.

Does anybody know what this means?

    Kind Regards,

    Kevin

This warning is because you have not clicked the blue “SAVE MENU” button.
Try this, does it fix your problem ?

If you want more elaborate menus, then choose “CREATE MENU”, and assign the new menu to a location.
Again, after changing a menu you need to “SAVE MENU”.

Doesn’t work to. It just changes the line text and I can’t do anything with the menu. The browser and the server does not give any errors or so.

    hii

before creating a new menu list, you should give a menu name and from bottom select the top primary menu option

    Hi Ashak,

I did, indeed. Did not work. ??

Before adding a menu item, you just give
menu name as ‘primary menu items’ and select the ‘Primary Menu’ option in bottom
    Then click on save menu
After that, just select sample page >> Add to menu

Found the problem. It was a bug in Suhosin 0.9.37 and fixed it with 0.9.37.1. ??

    2014-12-12 – 0.9.37.1
    – Changed version string to 0.9.37.1 (without -dev)
    – Relaxed array index blacklist (removed ‘-‘) due to wordpress incompatibility
