Problem when a user registered

    Hello,

    I have installed you’re plugin to manage users in our website. However, when a new user register on the site, when he disconnect and try to reconnect later, the error about a wrong password pop out. I tried it with a false account, and i got the exact same error.

    Hi @wcrozzo,

    What version of the Ultimate member plugin you have installed on your site?
    Do you have any other membership plugins or caching plugins active on your site?
    This issue can be caused by the conflicts with your theme or other plugins.
    Please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test.

    I have the 2.0.25 version installed.
    I did the conflict test by deactivating all other plugins and switch themes. But the issue is still there.

    Do you think, that the problem could come from your plugin ?

    Well your plugin isn’t working well anymore, i come back 2 days after no connection and i can’t connect anymore.

    Hi @wcrozzo,

    Do you have caching plugins or server side caching e.g. Varnish cache, Memcached, Cloud flare etc. on your server? Have you tried excluding Ultimate member pages from the cache?
