Problem when a physical product has a download also

    This works well for purely downloadable products, but I am finding that if a physical product has a download (e.g. a PDF manual) then the checkout does not include the address field which is obviously necessary for the physical product.

    ie Physical product including a download must have physical address field

    Is there a way round this problem?

    I have reviewed your requirement that you want digital goods only for the virtual product.

    But, we have developed this plugin as per the woocommerce standard functionality in which virtual/digital goods considering as Downloadable as well as virtual.

    So, if you want to change this functionality then, you can customize our plugin as our plugin is the GPLv2 version and you can edit it at your side.

    Thanks for replying, but that doesn’t really help when the plugin has these issues that should be fixed. I think I may not have phrased the issue very clearly.

    ie the type of product that needs to have address fields removed is often not downloadable products, but virtual products which never need the physical address fields.

    So I don’t understand why this is marked as resolved when it isn’t at all resolved. The issue remains.

    If a downloadble product also needs shipping, the cusomer is unable to actually buy it because the required fields for shipping are not there.
