Hi no, I’m using rehub which should be compatible with wcvendors

    Hello,

What I’m asking is does this happen when you switch to the storefront them. If it doesn’t happen then you have an issue with your theme. Although ReHub is compatible that doesn’t mean a setting or other plugin isn’t causing an issue.

Please try running only the following

    WooCommerce
    WC Vendors
    Storefront theme.

If the issue persists then we know there is an issue in WC Vendors, if it doesn’t there there is an issue somewhere else in your chosen configuration.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

Hello I can not use another theme, I configured this theme rehub to create a site of offers and price comparison and I wanted to use it as a marketplace, as wcvendors that I wanted to try not work I take it off and use one of the 2 that I tried and work well , dokan and wcmarketplace

    Hello,

As you refuse to do simple debugging to determine the issue, I cannot help you further. The switch to store front is for debugging your issue only. If the issue persists then we know its not your theme but something else. Until you perform the required debugging there is no way to determine the problem.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

    Hello,

So with just a fresh WordPress install running just WooCommerce, WC Vendors and the store front theme you are getting this?

    cheers,

    Jamie.

Yes, my theme supports wcvendors was created just to create a site of multi sellers, I added the theme you told me and the same displays the writing at the top to become a seller, with other plugins my theme works well.

    Hello,

Can you please confirm that with only these 2 plugins active

    WooCommerce
    WC Vendors Marketplace

    Theme

    Store front

Does this still occur? We need to do this to determine if one of your plugins are causing a problem or not. Because using just these 3 components it should work on any hosting. If this works, then you will need to activate your plugins one at a time to find the one causing the issue.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

Hello, with woocommerce, wcvendors and theme storefront the problem does not detract from the image with the storefront theme, I have also disabled and re-enabled the plugins but nothing.

    Hello,

Are you able to test this on a new install, I have been unable to replicate this anywhere.

What page does this happen on?

    cheers,

    Jamie.

    Hello,

If it is working on another site, then there is something in your configuration/hosting that is the issue. I would suggest completely resetting the install and starting again.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

Ok I try to uninstall the plugin and do it all over again

    Hello,

You will need a brand new WordPress and WooCommerce install. Removing the plugin will not be enough. If this is still happening then you will need to contact your hosting company.

    cheers,

    Jamie.
