My users are having a problem logging in after they have reset their passwords. After resetting their password, they are taken to a login page, the URL of which ends with ?checkemail=confirm.

Above the username and password panes, there is a box that reads, ‘Check your email for the confirmation link.’

When they type in their username and (new) password, the same page reloads as if in a loop. The same ‘Check your email…’ message continues to appear.

If the user manually removes the ?checkemail=confirm from the URL, they are able to successfully login with their username and password. Of course, few normal users would think to do this.

Any idea how to fix this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Sorry, I mistyped: the ending of the URL is ?resetpass=complete.

And the comment above the login pane is Your password has been reset.

This page stays in a loop; entering the username and password and pressing “login” just sends the user back to the same page ending in ?resetpass=complete.

Try disabling AJAX in TMLs settings.

Thanks, Jeff, but it is already disabled.

I may have written to the support channel after having posted here…my apologies if so. But I don’t have any emails back from the support on this, so perhaps it was someone else. In any case, if you’d rather, I’ll follow up with this on the support channel.
