Good morning. Using the “Socialize” theme, the “Buddypress” plugin associated with “Youzer”, when you activate your “Block, Suspend, Report for BuddyPress” plugin, the members page appears distorted, with abnormal images. By deactivating “Block, Suspend, Report for BuddyPress” everything returns to normal and you can see the profiles of the members in rows of three, regularly.
    A solution?
    Thanks, Claudio

    Hey @visitatore,

Can you provide a link to a page that shows this issue please.

Good morning. Since my site is under construction, I created a test site using the “Socialize” theme, the “Buddypress” plugin associated with “Youzer”, when I activate your “Block, Suspend, Report for BuddyPress” plugin, the members appears distorted, with abnormal images. By deactivating “Block, Suspend, Report for BuddyPress” everything returns to normal and you can see the profiles of the members in rows of three, regularly.
If you want I will provide you with an administrator account to better examine.
    Thanks, Claudio

Note well. Files ordered by three members should appear

Thank you for the quick response.

As the buttons in the plugin require a logged in user, I have created an account. Can you please authorise me to log in.

In the meantime, and because it is 9pm UK time, can I ask you to do the following:

    1. Please keep Youzer active, but swap to a default theme (named twenty-). Does the issue go away?
    2. Next, keep the Socialize theme, but deactivate Youzer. Does the problem go away now?

We are trying to narrow down the conflict.

    Many thanks.

That’s very kind, however, I need you to downgrade me to a normal user:

    1. It is important to never give admin credentials to any person you don’t know, or have a professional relationship with. This is for your site’s safety and security, and is against the rules of this forum.
    2. Actually, as an administrator, I won’t be able to see the buttons, as administrators cannot block or report other users.

    Hope that makes sense!

I point out that your plugin works well, but it distorts the order of the members page:

I forgot an important thing … the inconvenience occurs only with the browser crome.
With Opera and Edge everything looks normal, I have not tried with firefox

Thank you for your kind words.

Now, the login link at the top does not take me to the login screen but actually to:

https://tempodellospirito.altervista.org/primo-articolo/ which I think may be an error?

I also tried to login via https://tempodellospirito.altervista.org/#login/,

However, this results in a blank white screen.

I inserted the “meta” widget in the right sidebar, also I disabled the “youtzer” theme and plugin functionality … now it should work. I also added the menu to the members page

Thank you, I have logged in.

However, because you are the only other user, and you are an administrator, I cannot see any buttons. I really need to see it on a live site with real members. As it stands, the site looks great, with no obvious signs of error.

To continue, I need to know whether it is the theme or youzer that is causing the conflict. PLease follow the instructions above to narrow down the conflict. I will then be able to test.

I apologize for the inconveniences that waste precious time and thank you for the real support you are giving me.
    Currently 6 members are active.
On the Members page, set the display order to
    “Alphabetical”.
The problem does not concern the “Socialize” theme because if you wish, I uninstall it and check that the problem persists.
The problem occurs only on the Crome Browser, but it is not acceptable.

It’s not an inconvenience at all – I love problem solving!

I am now in, and I can see there are block buttons outside of the member boxes. I suspect this is a conflict with Youzer. To confirm, can you disable Youzer completely for me and see if the buttons work normally after?

Can you also confirm whether you are using the free or paid version of Youzer, and what the version number is.

    Thank you!
