• Hello!

    I use Ultimate Member on a page I’m working on and I have added some custom fields to the registrations form (Address etc.). But I can’t see these fields when I look at the registered user on the Users tab in WordPress.

    Am I missing something? Where is the info from custom form fields stored and where can I see it in the WordPress admin?

    Thanks in advance!

    //Dan

    I am in a similar boat after recently doing an upgrade to ver 4.9.2. We used to have these fields (address, phone number, etc) for our neighborhood association site, but now they’ve gone since the upgrade!
    Thanks.

    I am experiencing the same issue. The fields are visible in the form builder and the form builder preview, but the moment I view the page on the frontend, they disappear.

    I actually created a clean installation using a default theme and no other plugins so this is not a conflict.

    I saw the fields in the user meta manager dropdown selection. A co-developer on the site got it fixed. I think he said he had to reparse the user meta string, and did an update to the DB from the PHP page. That fixed it. I had put a couple of fields in the PHP page itself to test, but this wasn’t the route to resolve it. Some update statement he created did the trick.
