I have a strange problem, on all products if I put points like the price of the product leaves me the cost of taxes.
Example: Set 1 point is equal 1 euro, the product costs 28.00 euro, I apply 28 points to me as a total, not 0 euro but 5.05 euro ( 22% VAT Italy) Why?
He does it for me in the range from 23 points to 28. If I put 22 points he calculates me 28-22 = 6 Euro Total Cart which is ok.
The problem occurs on all products regardless of the price, when it comes to VAT only.

    Hello,

The “points on cart” feature works exactly like WooCommerce coupons.

Can you try to create 2 coupons in WooCommerce. One for 22€ and one for 28€.
Then, make the same test you did with points.

Is the result the same ?
(It should be because woorewards points on cart generates a virtual WooCommerce coupon and applies it to the cart).

I know WooCommerce has some inconsistencies with VAT if you have inconsistent VAT settings (for example if you set that prices are displayed without taxes but are entered with taxes).

    Hi thansk for replay.
With coupons it works well, if I put 28 euro coupon I scale everything.
    28-28 = Total Cart 0

the VAT rules are set correctly.

Can you please send screenshots of the problem (on the cart, the tool with the points used and the cart subtotals and totals) to [email protected] ?

We’ll look at them and get back to you.

The author was using a tool from another loyalty plugin and not the MyRewards points on cart tool.

Therefore, I close this issue as it’s not related to MyRewards at all.
