    We have a paid, active license, however when we click on the link to use said license, we get an error message of “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” This happens to both me and my boss, who have full admin access to our website: productionproducts.net

    What does this sort of error message mean? Should we uninstall, and reinstall the plugin?
