Problem using Fantastico Deluxe to install WordPress

I’m using Hostgator to install WordPress on a site the file on this particular domain had become corrupted and had to remove the domain from the Server. I wanted to install WordPress on it again after adding the domain to Hostgator for a fresh start. However, through Fantastico Deluxe, WordPress refuses to install for this domain with errors. Is there anything I can do, to eliminate the corrupt data that is producing the errors, even after I’ve taken the domain off the server and then reinstalled it later?
