Problem uploading photos

  • I have uploaded photos in the past but am now getting the following message:

    The web browser on your device cannot be used to upload files. You may be able to use the native app for your device instead.

    How do I resolve this?

    May I ask what browser you are using? And what device you are using? Sounds like it may be less of an issue with WordPress and more of an issue with the browser.

    I am having this issue with my ipad and iphone. I guess the browser is Safari

    You could try it through the WordPress app (for iphone/ipad) and see if it works.

    Uploading photos to Safari in iOS is a reported issue. Unfortunately it appears to be an intermittent issue not affecting everyone and not all the time based on what I’ve read.

    Alternatively you could download the Chrome Browaer app and try that, or as suggested by reztech download the WordPress app.
