    Adobe’s flash plugin for especially Linux is a buggy piece of bovine-made fertilizer, upgrade to the latest one available, and see if it helps.

    In my case all the files were queued ok, but the upload would never start.

    Upgrading flash from a pretty old version (9.0 r31) to the latest one available for Linux (9.0 r115) solved it for me.
