Problem uploading FTP and online themes and plugins

    I bought a private host and a database, then I downloaded and installed wordpress version 4.3. I modified wp-config.php with the information of my database (db, username, password, host=localhost) , then I uploaded wordpress with filezilla. When I go to the wordpress menu of my website and I try to upload themes and plugins, I can’t do it because there are some problems (Si è verificato un errore inaspettato.     There is something wrong with your hosting. Its not a wordpress error. Contact your host about it.
