Problem uploading Custom pointer icon

    Hi, I’ve tried uploading a 42x42px png icon, but it goes to a White screen after clicking the ‘Insert into Post’ link.
    It looks like its trying to refer to a WP post ID ‘0″ – this is the end of the url (mydomain.com)/wp-admin/media-upload.php?type=image&tab=library&post_id=0

    Is there a different method for uploading? The WP ‘Browser uploader’ option doesn’t work either. The site is a multisite.

    Hi,
    how do you upload the custom icon? We’ve got a setting in Locatoraid, Configuration, Google Maps, Map Icon, which makes use of the standard WP’s Media manager. Which doesn’t have the “insert into post” link in my setup. Or am I missing something?

    The “Set Custom Icon” takes you to the WP MediaUploader but after it is done uploading to library, there is no way to actually “SET” the image to be Map Icon.

    That step looks to be incomplete from plugin developer.

    Hope they see this and can update soon!

    Hey, I’ve got the same problem. I’m working on a new installation from WordPress it’s “Current version: 5.6”. I deactivated all plugins to be sure, but if I click to the link to set the Icon Marker, the media file uploader appears, I’ve upload the picture and then I have two option buttons “insert into post” which do nothing and the url is [my domain]/wp-admin/media-upload.php?type=image&tab=library&post_id=0 or I click on “save all changes” and there is also nothing which is saved… Can I upload here screenshots? I’m new in this forum. Sorry…
