Problem updating WordPress through wp-login.php page

    I am trying to update WordPress and my Graphpaper Press theme through my /wp-login.php page.

    Nothing happens. I click on every option on the dashboard and it just returns the message: “Whoops, whatever you were looking for cannot be found.”

    My Graphpaper Press theme is Widescreen.

    My hosting is through GoDaddy.

    I would appreciate any help in fixing this. From my dashboard, I see that 6 updates are required for my website.
