Problem updating the plugin

    Hello very good day today when trying to update the woocommerce plugin I got an error and the page crashed I contacted the Dreamhouse team and after reviewing various factors they believe that the problem is the logs that I attached, I wanted see if you can help me correct them to reinstall woocommerce on my site please

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that you are receiving the above error and a page crash when updating WooCommerce.

    This could be a cause of a theme/plugin conflict and would recommend performing a full conflict test.

    The best way to determine this is to:

    – Clear site and browser caching
    – Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    – Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    – Try and update WooCommerce again

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one and check if you receive any errors or issues along the way.

    Additionally, please share a copy of your sites System Status, which you can find via?WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    Hi @fsuarezperedo,

    It is possible that there is a conflict with WooCommerce and a different plugin when trying to update WooCommerce. If WooCommerce is not being auto disabled due to the error, you can try to disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and then do an update to see if that works (be sure to back up the site prior to this).

    Otherwise, you can try to manually update the plugin.
