Problem updating fields (fields are not saved)

On any tab I change and click save the system does not save and continue the default values. In production does not acknowledge error, I tested in local host and clicking on save gives the message: Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in C:\xampp\htdocs\drop\wp-content\plugins\woo-lucky-wheel\admin\admin.php on line 2006
