Problem updating asset rules

    I am using pro version of asset cleanup. I have unloaded, deferred some of the CSS and JS and clicked on UPDATE button. But the rules aren’t getting applied. They didn’t got updated. I can see the files that I have deferred and unloaded are showing the defer option unchecked ( similarly for unload ).

    @aravind21 on which page are you doing this? Is it within edit post/page area or “Manage CSS/JS” within “CSS & JS Manager”? There’s a post that was just published about why there are incomplete fields being submitted. Perhaps the same thing applies to your setup: https://www.assetcleanup.com/docs/sometimes-data-is-not-saving-after-submitting-a-form-why/ – can you check it out and increase max_input_vars if it has a low value?

    Thank you. It worked!
    I was actually doing this on the frontend, it simply didn’t get applied. When I tried it from “CSS & JS Manager”, I got same error “the link you follow has expired”. Changing the value of max_input_vars to 3000, solved the problem.
