Problem Update version 2.3.0

I’ve just updated the plugin to version 2.3.0 but it creates problems in the form in which I entered the string for the drop-down menu with the thumbnails of the last articles: <label> Name of the Tour *
[post_image_select * post_image_select-212 posts-number: -1 image-size: wpcf7-post-image publish post-type: tour tax-relation: OR value-field: thumbnail orderby: title order: ASC “% title%”] < / label>

What is the problem?
