Thanks for contacting support. I want to fist mention, if you use Pro, you should submit tickets here: https://www.wplab.com/request-support/ instead of via the forum.
Please visit WP-Lister -> Settings -> Updates and click on “Force update check”. After the page loads, click it one more time. Then you should have a fresh download link and the “Install Update” button at the top of the page should work.
If you are receiving the “Download failed. Forbidden” it could mean that your license has expired.
You could login to your account here: https://www.wplab.com/my-account/ browse to the “Orders” page and see if there are any pending payments for any of your subscriptions.
You could also email us (via the ticket system linked above) and we could have a look at this for you directly on your site. But I would also need the email used to purchase Pro so I can have a look at your account/subscription.
