problem translate with plugin

First of all, thank you for your plugin.

I use it for my website. It works with the translation of the theme and the plugins, except one plugin!

Indeed, the translations I do on Paid Membership Pro don’t work and don’t show up… I don’t understand, I read your documentation but nothing helps!

Do you have any advice to give me? It’s weird since it normally works well
