Problem Touch on gallery , click on back screen

In mobile. gallery version “SwipeBox”

When I open the picture, and the black screen appears with the photo and then the commands (example closing icon) there is a problem.
What you touch on the black picture screen also touches everything you are below.

For example, if I open the image with the thumbnail image that is at the top and have the total width, if I click on the close icon, it clicks at the same time on the image open. The fact is that it closes and automatically reopens the image because it feels the click under the black screen.

Now, I tried to create a “point-event: none” to lock the commands below your black screen, but so block your icons as well.

I do not understand what causes the problem, since I have similar jquery that click on the closing icon do not click on the underlying icon with a double command (close / open).

Is there a way to solve it? Because in mobile it is really problematic. I have the commands on the site just below the closing icon of the X, and each time I close, I open the command to the site.
