Problem to upload high quality photo

I’m using Minimalist theme by Joey Robinson for my site johnnylash.com and I’m having trouble to simply upload some pictures in my post. The pictures in question weight normally under 15Mo and the theme suggest that it should be more like 64Mo.

It tells me that there is an error and to go change something in media.php

In fact, I have no idea how to do that!
