problem to show popup on all browsers

Popup doesn’t have any limitations on browser it will work on so we would like to have a closer look at this.

Can you please share URL to page where popup is loading and let us know of the browser versions you were testing on?

i used all last versione
microsoft edge on win 10 38.14393.0.0
chrome Versione 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit)
don’t know about firefox

the url is that https://www.islamorada.it

now it work only on chrome

i doesn’t work on mobile phone

I’m checking your site using Chrome and I don’t see any popup at all. Please first try to fix error I can see in browser console

Please run conflict test first https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forum/topic/test-to-identy-a-conflicting-theme-or-plugin

Also check if changing loading method in Popup settings will help
