    Hi,

are you using Ngxin + Apache ?

you may need to enable mod_remoteip in apache in order for PHP to see the real visitor IP

    best regards,

    thanks for your answer,

I’m sorry but I don’t know how to enable mod_remoteip in apache

could you give me some more info or a link where to find an explanation?

    thank you

    https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_remoteip.html

you may also need to add QC IPs into trust list in order to make mod_remoteip work

I’m sorry, I’m not an expert and I struggle to understand these technical things

I asked my host and he told me to insert the following instruction at the beginning of the PHP input file (e.g. index.php or the configuration file):

    $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] = $_SERVER['HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR'];

would doing this solve the problem?

    Thanks for the availability

    Hi,

I am not familiar with that method , you can try , and let me know if that works

are you managing your server ? or is it shared hosting or something ?

    best regards,

    (@gobbetto)

i think it is a shared host

I use tophost with the topweb plus plan

i tried putting that code at the beginning of the wp-config.php file
but I don’t know if it helped …

    thank you

    Hi,

well , in such case , you may need to seek help from your provider

if you can get the domain key after that code is added, then it indicates it works , otherwise it didn’t

thanks for your help, suddenly today the Domain Key code appeared without having made any changes

however I see that the plug-in and the QUIC.cloud have a lot of settings that are very complicated for me

I think I’ll have to drop out

thank you very much for helping
