    In top of my homepage display this “>”, when I upload the theme NEVE to 2.4.1.
    I can′t erase it.

    Have you done any custom work in the theme? Can you please also share a screenshot of how that looks when you update?

    I reinstalled the theme, the problem was fixed.
    The NEVE theme works fine!
