    Good day.
At the moment, I have made all goods that are out of stock on my site not to be displayed in the catalog and the search engine. But if the item is added on facebook and then I put this flag and make it out of stock. The availability does not change. And it doesn’t get deleted from Facebook sets. It remains available there.

Is there a way with a snippet or otherwise to make these goods be deleted from the sets. Because they are not visible on the site and running ads for them is superfluous.

  • Hey there! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

A scenario where I have seen this problem occurring is when you have more than 1 catalog connected to the same shop. Can you confirm this for us?

Could you also try to trigger a manual sync and see if that helps update ?

More about the sync here: https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#sync-products-to-facebook

When you sync it, give about 15?mins to check the results.

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
