Problem solved

Raj answered my query simply and with a solution in one email. A nice change from the norm with others which seems to be getting a standard response, regardless of what you say in the email, then multiple emails back and forth to explain before you give up in sheer frustration. Good on you Raj for actually providing support, not just rhetoric.
