    Hi,

I keep getting errors when trying to install on the website.

I’ve tried php.ini file configuration as directed by the prompt but this fails as does php5.ini
but allows me to go back and try again. When I select user.ini I get the error below:

NinjaFirewall fatal error: Cannot retrieve WordPress database credentials. Review your installation. Your site is not protected.

Firewall Cannot retrieve WordPress database credentials
    PHP SAPI CGI-FCGI (5.6.24)
    Version 3.3.1 (security rules: 2016-10-03.1)

The host is JustHost. I have another site hosting on their servers and it works so not sure what I am not doing/setting up right this time round. Please advise.

    Thanks

    Hi,

.user.ini is likely the format you need to use (it’s the default one since PHP 5.3).

Regarding the database, you can download that script: https://nintechnet.com/share/wp-db.txt

    1. Rename the file to “wp-db.php”.
    2. Upload it into your WordPress root folder.
    3. Go to https://YOUR WEBSITE/wp-db.php
    4. Delete it afterwards.

It will give you more details about the problem/error.
