Problem setting up NextGEN gallery

Hi, I need a bit of advice

I used NextGEN gallery in development site on localhost and after moving to live server lightbox stopped working.
When I looked closer on what’s happened, seems that NextGEN gallery saves it’s configuration elsewhere – probably on their server.
The solutions I’ve found recommended to edit configuration and replace the broken paths to lightbox script manually. However, I’ve tried that and I’m getting an error.

Can someone help me as it’s urgent situation for me? I don’t use any plugins except Akismet and NextGEN, and a latest version of WP.
