Problem: Setting up 2 different boxes

    Dear Boxzilla-Community,

    I tried to set up two different boxes.
    Box 1 for all pages exept “/category/this-is-a-special-page”
    I choose:
    Load this box if Request matches “ANY” of the following conditions.
    IF URL “IS NOT” /category/this-is-a-special-page

    Box 2 for only one page “/category/this-is-a-special-page”
    Load this box if Request matches “ANY” of the following conditions.
    IF URL “IS” /category/this-is-a-special-page

    Outcome:
    Box 2 only loads on the specified page. However, Box 1 still loads on every single page.

    I tried various ways to select conditions to excluded the Box 1 from popping up at the one page. I purged the Cache, used different browsers, etc.

    I would be really glad to receive help with this issue.

    Please try with page slug instead, let me know if that solves the problem.

    Any condition, If Page Isnot this-is-a-special-page

    I will notify our developer to take another look at the URL matching.

    Hi Lap,

    thanks for your response. Unfortunately, nothing changed.
    However, I tried “page” as the parameter for the condition already before posting here. It is potentially a problem of the free version, as it does not support this functionality?

    No, this has nothing to do with free or payed function.

    Is it possible to show us a screenshot of the box settings, with “page” as condition instead or URL, and the page slug (no slashes) and a link to the website where the box is active?

    What is the format of URL i need to use in order NOT to show boxes on /tag/ pages ?
