Problem sending our cart abandonment emails

I had cart flows but never used so I deleted a Lil while back. It’s not downloaded or active on my site but I am getting an error message with my cart abandonment emails not being sent and in the link that’s got an error has cart flows in it. Does anyone know why this can be happening?

WordPress version 5.3
Current theme: Astra (version 2.1.3)
Current plugin: WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery (version 1.2.2)
PHP version 7.1.33
