This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. I already tested it with different themes and without plugins except WooCommerce, and i still have the problem.

With Storefront and without plugins except WooCommerce, i have the same problem.

Have you tried to deactivate/reactivate your plugins one by one?
You can determine which plugin is causing the conflict by:

• reactivating them one by one
• testing again after each reactivation. For process-related conflicts, this means recreating the same process over and over again.

Have you cleared cache and tried again? If that doesn’t still solve the issue, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

The problem is, when the date reaches to 2021/01/07, the sales starts but that date disapear of the field.

Yes i do. My problem is i schedule a sale for example from 18/01/2021 to 20/01/2021.

When reaches the 18 of January, the schedule sale starts but in backend the date disapears and i need the date in that field.
