I have problem saving emoji symbols inside Elementor blocks. When I update the post and reload the Elementor editor they just disappear. Here is the video: https://take.ms/apnAX

    More info:
    — I have enabled Wp debug mode.
    — Here is my WP system info https://pastebin.com/kS2cUwBV
    — Here is what I have in DB after save for that page: https://take.ms/ZMToi this code is being saved for any emoji
    — I use the latest fresh WP and Elementor plugin, no other plugins installed.
    — The DB and table uses utf8mb4 charset with utf8mb4_unicode_ci
    — I use WP default Twenty Nineteen theme

I have this bug in one server and don’t have in another (both of them use LEMP stack). So I guess this is some encoding issue, but I can’t figure out what exactly.

BTW, native WP editor can save emoji do DB well and they are even displayed in the view page mode (and in the DB viewer https://take.ms/8x9nc), but when I try to edit them in WP editor for the 2nd time, everything breaks.

Any idea how to fix or debug that?
