Problem:: RuntimeException thrown – A_Gallery_Storage_Frame_Event does not exist

Hi,

I’m having this problem after updating a while ago. The thing is, I have a very up to date environment.

– PHP Version 5.6.30
– Mysql Version 5.6.35
– No cache plugin in use and no cache from hosting company as well
– I disabled mod security
– 755 Permissions set to wp-content folder, memory 512mb and all the other settings you said to check first here – https://www.imagely.com/docs/requirements/

I have also tried everything found in most of the tickets and comments from your support staff in response to other people having this same error message/problem.

– I have updated wordpress and all my plugins to the latest.
– I have tried deactivating the theme (switching to default wordpress theme) and all plugins except NGGallery. Still the problem persists.

I can provide my site URL and even admin login for you if you require, just not on public space like this. Please let me know where to send to.

I also noticed the problem comes up when I try to edit a gallery from plugin settings area. Also some links like More Options stopped working altogether.

Finally, I did find a bunch of errors like this in my error log, not sure what it means and if it will help:
