I get the following error. It won’t allow me to pause the update or cancel it.

    Hi @strokeinfo,

Glad you reached out here! We’re seeing a handful of folks having trouble with migrations after updating to 2.10.0, and have isolated it down in most cases to a problem with the version of MySQL that servers are running.

We’ve escalated the issue to our development team and all updates to that issue will be posted here: https://feedback.givewp.com/bug-reports/p/givewp-database-management-tools-should-be-backward-compatible-to-mysql-56

Most likely, a fix for the issue will be shipped next week. In the meantime, this issue is not preventing donations, and you should be able to ignore it without a problem.

I’m going to “resolve” this post only because you can follow up with the fix on the feedback link above.

    Thanks!

Hi, same error here with the plugin version 2.10.1 and MySql 5.5.60.

I don’t think is a MySql version issue because I tryed to run the migration in a local machine with MySql 5.5.27 and it worked with no issue.
