Problem redirecting active links

I installed the All 404 Redirect to Homepage plugin. It redirects 404 pages to the homepage but also redirects my active pages to the homepage. For example, Members mark their profile links as 404 pages. I disabled the plugin. Is there a solution to this? Is there the same problem with the premium version?
