Problem recording random contact attributes – Brevo – Contact Form 7

It’s strange because the mapping of contact attributes works 1 time out of 2, randomly and I can’t understand the problem. The form is the same for everyone. I assume that the ingegration is good since sometimes the mapping is done well and other times not. Here is an image and copy and paste of the code for my form, and two example contacts who filled out the form in the same way but for one the attributes are saved and not for the other. What causes automation problems depends on the contact’s attributes. Thank you for your help please!

C’est étrange parce que le mapping des attributs de contact fonctionne 1 fois sur 2, de manière aléatoire et je n’arrive pas à comprendre l’aléa. Le formulaire est le même pour tout le monde. Je suppose que l’ingégration est bonne puisque parfois, le mapping se fait bien et d’autre fois non. Voici en image et en copier coller, le code de mon formulaire, et deux contacts en exemple qui ont rempli le formulaire de la même manière mais pour l’un les attributs sont sauvegardés et pas pour l’autre. Ce qui pose problème l’automatisation dépend des attributs du contact.. Merci de votre aide s’il vous plait !
