Problem recording my custom fields on a membership form

Hi Franky,

On my membership form I have two custom fields (the last two). These fields do not seem to be stored in the database anymore and the corresponding columns in the backend are empty. It was working until 31 October. But my last registered member on 5 November has the 2 empty custom fields. I have check on my localhost and it is the same problem. Thanks for your help
