    can you help me with this error (it’s coming up since the customer complete the form in cusrev.com )

    Technical details:
    TypeError: response.data.trim is not a function

    Hi there! it’s an awesome and really useful plugin!

    i have the review process as a manual mode. Sending request to every order/user over 10 days since the order was completed.

    This problem is coming up when user has just finished the review in cusrev.com
    (Admin receive an email with that problem to fix).

    Im trying to get disabled all my function snippet in order to seek the problem there. In meanwhile can you help me to find ways to solve it?

    Hello, we have the same problem, we receive tons of emails with this subject :
    [CusRev] Error when posting reviews to WooCommerce

    In the emails there is this line :
    Technical details:
    TypeError: response.data.trim is not a function

    What to do to solve this ?

    Thanks for providing additional information.

    It looks like you have Cloudflare enabled for brannacademy.cl. Cloudflare can block review forms from transmitting reviews to your WooCommerce site. To resolve this issue, please whitelist the IP address of the review forms in your Cloudflare account. You can find information about the IP address in this support article: Errors When Posting Reviews to WordPress.

    After you whitelist the IP address, please re-post the failed reviews to WooCommerce as described in the same support article (see the link above).

    We do not use cloudflare on https://casaazul.shop but we have the same problem !
