Problem reaching my site from Peru

Hi everyone,

I′m an new user of wordpress and i have some troubles using it from Peru.

I′m making a trip trough south america and we use the site to put pictures, our travel to our friends and family.

We haven′t had any problem until we cross the Peruvian border, to reach the website I have to connect behind a proxy.

it′s the same with the app of my ipad and iphone.

this is the website ousontcarlosetaurelie.be, he works fine.

do I have to change anything?
