    Hello!

My client’s page has these lighting products. I’ve added product categories to the “Products” page with Elementor (not Pro). My problem is that in this page the products images are cropping off square-like and I don’t want that. I’ve tried couple of things to make this problem go away, like using object-fit: contain, unchecking the checkbox in the Media settings that crops images, used Regenerate Thumbnails, but nothing seems to be working.

    WooCommerce is on version 3.7.0
    WordPress in on version 5.2.2

Help me, please and thank you in advance.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • It looks like something that’s happening with WooCommerce. Try posting your question on the WooCommerce support page, you will probably have a greater chance of getting an answer there (although it looks like they get a lot of questions, so it might take a while).

One thing you can also try is to edit the original image and add white space on the sides so that the image is more square. That way, if WooCommerce crops the image, hopefully it will do so in a way where you get the entire image.
