Problem preparing your payment.

  • Since updating to WordPress 5.7, I have been having intermittent issues with HTTPS ulrs and APIs in my WooCommerce cart and checkout pages. I have regenerated my API’s in the sezzle dashboard and updated my site settings, but still getting the same error “sorry there was a problem preparing your payment”.

    My gut tells me this is related to the HTTPS Detect & Migrate feature introduced to WordPress in 5.7.
