Problem posting Images in Twenty Twelve theme
-
Hi,
I am having a problem with the images inserted into my posts. I am using the Twenty Twelve theme. They seem like they upload to the post but then do not show in the preview. I can get one picture to show as the featured image but none of the images that I have inserted into the main body of the post are showing.
Here is the text version of the post:
In order to use the ‘left-to-right’ command, you will first need to be able to see it, so we will need to add the command to the Quick Access Toolbar. To do this, click the little arrow to the right of the ‘redo’ button and choose ‘More Commands’ from the drop-down list.
<img class=”aligncenter wp-image-1481 size-full” src=”https://proofreadmyessay.co.uk/resources/academic-blog/uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/quick-access-toolbar.png” alt=”” width=”390″ height=”355″ />
This will take you to the ‘Customize’ screen where you can choose which commands to show in the ribbon.? (You’ll need to select ‘All Commands’ from the very top window in order to show the left-to-right option.)
<img class=”aligncenter size-full wp-image-1486″ src=”https://proofreadmyessay.co.uk/resources/academic-blog/uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/customize-QAT.png” alt=”customize QAT” width=”645″ height=”523″ />
You can then simply scroll down until you find ‘Left-to Right Text Direction’.
<img class=”aligncenter size-full wp-image-1488″ src=”https://proofreadmyessay.co.uk/resources/academic-blog/uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/Left-to-right-command.png” alt=”Left-to-right command” width=”645″ height=”481″ />
Now the button should be displayed in the ribbon:
<img class=”aligncenter size-full wp-image-1482″ src=”https://proofreadmyessay.co.uk/resources/academic-blog/uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/comments-right-4.png” alt=”comments-right-4″ width=”645″ height=”189″ />
If you now put your cursor into the balloon in which the text is displayed right-to-left, and click the button, the direction of the text will switch to left-to-right.
<img class=”aligncenter size-full wp-image-1483″ src=”https://proofreadmyessay.co.uk/resources/academic-blog/uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/comments-right-5.png” alt=”comments-right-5″ width=”645″ height=”151″ />
You will have to do this for every comment box unfortunately!
<h3>Change Text Direction in?Word 2010</h3>
In Word 2010, it works almost the same, but the button just has a different name (‘Ltr run’):<img class=”aligncenter size-full wp-image-1484″ src=”https://proofreadmyessay.co.uk/resources/academic-blog/uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/comments-right-6.png” alt=”comments-right-6″ width=”645″ height=”526″ />
In 2010, the button shows as a little green blob, in a slightly different place:

<h3>?Change Text Direction in?Word 2003</h3>
In Word 2003, it works almost the same, but the button just has a different name: (Ltr para). After choosing these commands from the ‘Customize’ window, a new toolbar will open. The RTL button is a paragraph symbol followed by a blue triangle; the LTR button is a paragraph symbol with the blue triangle before it.To have your document perfectly formatted, send it to the professionals at Proofread My Essay!
Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks,
Ruth
