The site is running WP: 5.6.10
    Data base: MySQL 5.7
    PHP Ver. 8.1

I tried on other site the same hosting provider and same configuration, and no problem…. of course different WP versión, It is supposed this version (5.6.1 is supported) and i would preffer to try a solution before updating WP because there are some other things involved that could make the site have issues to manage.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Of course, I just tried to update WP to 6.1.1 and activation works…. still waiting for some idea if I want to mantain previous WP’s version, but if there is no other option, I’ll have to manage this as a solution.

    Hi there!

    Thanks for contacting UserWay. ??

There is another way to install our widget to the site without installing the plugin, which is adding the code directly to the site.

You can get the widget’s code linked with your own account at https://userway.org/code

You can add the script directly to the theme file or via an injector such as “Insert Headers And Footers” plugin.

Let us know if you need any further assistance or information
