Problem PHP7
-
Hello,
Thank you for creating such an awesome plugin. It is very useful and I am very happy it also enables me to share private Flickr photos; a functionality most Flickr plugins do not offer.
However, I recently ran into a bit of a problem. I had changed the version of PHP used for a website I’m working on from PHP5.6 to PHP7.0, and that is when I got into some unfortunate issues with the plugin. On PHP5.6, the plugin worked like a charm and displayed my pictures nicely, but on PHP7.0, I got an error.
In the backend of the site, on the Default Settings page of the plugin, it showed the following error (in the box below Your Photostream Preview):Warning: Missing argument 1 for afg_error(), called in C:\domains\my-website-url\wwwroot\wp-content\plugins\awesome-flickr-gallery-plugin\afg_admin_settings.php on line 422 and defined in C:\domains\my-website-url\wwwroot\wp-content\plugins\awesome-flickr-gallery-plugin\afg_libs.php on line 194
I had at an earlier date put the shortcode that linked to one of my created Flickr galleries in a post, which of course also showed an error where the gallery was supposed to be displayed:
Awesome Flickr Gallery Error – error setting certificate verify locations: CAfile: /PHP7.0/cacert.pem CApath: none
I got the errors to disappear and my gallery to reappear, when I switched back to PHP5.6 (and cleared my cached galleries to be sure). However, this is of course not an ideal situation.
I hope there might be a solution to whatever is causing the problem?
