    I have a problem when they go to pay with a discount coupon from the website through Paypal, the order remains pending and is never completed, I cannot cancel it or see it because it does not appear in the Paypal application either. Customers don’t trust that they are going to be charged twice and I lose the sale every time it happens.

    We have investigated the problem on our end but were unable to replicate the same issue. To further diagnose the issue, could you provide us with the WooCommerce System Status report through this link? You can access this report in WooCommerce by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report. Additionally, kindly let us know if these discount coupons are created using any third-party plugins or using the default WooCommerce Coupon system.

    Once we have this information, we’ll be better equipped to assist you in resolving the problem.

    This issue is not replicated as we tested using the Discount Rules plugin in our test environment. So it doesn’t seems to be directly coming from our plugin. Kindly check your site for any other factors that may be contributing to this error.
