problem payment lack of 3D secure Braintree

    Hello,
    I am using Braintree for WooCommerce for my website https://www.educa-langues-enfants.com. Since few days some of my customers do not arrive to pay because the 3Dsecure is not installed well.

    The support of Braintreepayments wrote to me :
    “I have taken a look at your recent transaction history and I do see that these transactions were not 3D Secure-authenticated. Do note thatStrong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements are mandated by PSD2, which applies to merchants and cardholders located in the EU.”
    “In your gateway and, from our side, everything is set for the 3D Secure flow, but there are updates that need to be made to your client-side code and server-side code to implement it. That being said, I do see you are using a Braintree plugin for a third party, as such I would recommend reaching out to their support regarding 3DS implementation. In most cases, it is as straightforward as them toggling 3DS on for your checkout flow.”

    So could you please help me to fix and install the 3D secure well in Braintree for WooCommerce.

    For information the configuration at the moment is:
    Transaction type : charge
    debug mode : off
    environnement : production
    Fraud tools : basic
    3D secure : Level : Standart
    Supported card type : empty

    Hi @educa1

    Firstly, you will need to confirm that you are enrolled for 3D Secure.

    You can find the process laid out here:https://developer.paypal.com/braintree/articles/guides/fraud-tools/3d-secure#confirm-setup

    Then, you can set your 3D secure type to “Standard” and add the card types you wish to support in the supported card type field

    Then, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi Laurence @educa1,

    Debug mode gives us more information on transactions. It’s particularly helpful when troubleshooting.

    You can enable it by heading to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Braintree (PayPal). You may have to scroll down a bit until you see “Debug Mode” and you’ll want to select an option there other than “Off”:

    Then, click on the “Save changes” button at the bottom of the page. Once Debug Mode is enabled, it will start collecting information on your transactions. If there’s any to display, you’ll find it under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Seems I have again a problem with a payment of one of my customer today, even the activate secure was activated…
    Could you help me please ?
    I activated also today the Mode debug on “Both” on my braintree plugin.

    Hi Laurence,

    To better understand what’s happening, I’d like to take a look at your site’s logs.

    To find the generated logs:

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs
    2. In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select the Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway log that you need (time and date the order was placed), then click view to load it. Here’s what that looks like: https://d.pr/i/tCljQd
    3. Copy/paste the relevant part of the log into your response so we can take a look.

    Hello,

    I have still problem with Braintree. I am sending you a mail to have the possibility to insert files.

    When my customer is writting his mail adresse before to pay this message appears :
    “card security code is missing
    card number is missing
    card expiration dae is invalid”
