Problem: Only lists titles, doesn't show full posts

    Hi,

    I’m using CyberChimps iRibbons Pro 2 theme and I have tried using both this plugin and Display-Posts Shortcode plugin and all they do is display a list of the blog title.

    I wish to use a Page to display the blog full article, including headings, content, formatting and all.

    Is this not how this plugin works or is there something wrong the iRibbon theme?

  • I have a different theme and I’m also having problems getting anything beyond the catlist name to appear.

    Searching threads for clues, but not finding anything.

    You need to use the content=yes parameter:

    content – Show the excerpt or full content of the post. If there’s a <!–more–> tag in the post, then it will behave just as WordPress does: only show the content previous to the more tag. Default is ‘no’. Ex: [catlist content=yes]

    Show the full content of the post regardless of whether there is a <!–more–> tag in the post. Ex: [catlist content=full]
